Doors open day at “StankoMashStroy”

StankoMashStroy enterprise with a fam tour was visited by pupils of 11 classes of school No. 68 within the framework of the joint implementation project of the Penza regional office of Russian Engineering Union and PenzaGTU on early career guidance of school students.

"We aim that the choice of profession at school students began with acquaintance to the enterprise or the organization where they, having received specialty, could apply the knowledge, - the head of the center of career guidance of higher education institution Pavel Zheltov has noted. - For this reason acquaintance to the training program of PenzaGTU is closely connected with tours on the partner enterprises".

StankoMashStory experts told the students about the development of machine-tool building in the Penza region, about stages of formation and the prospects of development of the enterprise, the main directions of production, working conditions of workers, social guarantees, requirements to applicants, importance of receiving technical, engineering education.

Similar tours help school students to approach consciously the choice of future profession, increase prestige of working and engineering specialties.
