Getting ready for the long trip to Chicago

On the production area of the “StankoMashStroy” company the huge preparation work of the equipment of own production for sending to North America is under way. The lathes produced by the company will be presented at the international exhibition IMTS 2018 which will begin its work since September 10th in Chicago city.

The companies from Russia (USSR), showed their equipment at this exhibition in far 80th years of the 20th century. And the “StankoMashStroy” enterprise has decided to be first, among the modern domestic machine-tool building enterprises and resume the participation at the exhibition on the American continent.

The full range of the turning equipment produced by the “StankoMashStroy” company will be shown to guests and participants of the largest industrial forums. The universal lathe ST16k25S with increased spindle bore diameter up to 105 mm, CNC lathe ST16A25 and the turning center ST25 which have no analogs at Russian market will go to Chicago.

As the distance will be really long – with six overloads of the equipment, extra metal packing that meets all requirements for transportation by sea was made at the enterprise. Besides, each machine will be packed into a tight heat-shrink film.

Machines have successfully passed the inspection and in-plant tests and have confirmed the stated characteristics of accuracy.
