Improve and expand the line of accessories of own production

In January, 2018 “StankoMashStroy” company has expanded a line of the produced steel 3-jaw chucks for the turning equipment that allowed to increase the localization of machines of own production which is more than 50% for today.

This type of chucks is the first in a line of steel chucks with a diameter of 315 mm, the further extension of the nomenclature of the produced chucks for machines of “StankoMashStroy” company is planned. Will remind that last year at the enterprise the serial release of steel chucks with a diameter of 250 mm began successfully.

Turning works are characterized by the high speed of details production therefore special requirements are imposed to the chucks. All of them are fully observed in the course of production.

The steel chuck gives the chance to work at the high rotation and it is stronger, than its analog made of cast iron. It can be applied both to machines of ST16k20 series, and to machines of other producers.
