Payment and delivery

Payment of selected equipment is carried by bank transfer. At present moment, we dispatch international orders after 100% prepayment only. You can get an invoice for payment in any convenient way:

1. Fax;
2. Email;
3. Application on our website.

The application must include the following information:

• Name, model and quantity of equipment
• Details of your organization (company name, TIN, CPP, legal address, mailing address, bank details)
• Name of contact persons, their phone numbers and email addresses
• Shipping address

Upon receipt of funds to the company, we will arrange the shipment and delivery of the item you paid. Delivery is carried out from our warehouse to the address you indicated, from 10 to 15 working days (for products in stock) after the funds received on the account.

Machines are shipped from our storage: 5 German Titov Str. Penza (from 8:00 a.m. till 5 p.m.)

We provide a full set of documents required for custom clearance during import operation. Our specialists would also be happy to help you with any questions regarding customs.
