BUSINESS VISIT OF BELGIAN-LUXEMBOURG CHAMBER DELEGATION OF COMMERCE IN RUSSIA

On April 20, 2021, Penza region was visited by a delegation of the member-companies of the Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Russia for the first time, including the General Director Oleg Prozorov, as well as representatives of leading industrial companies in Belgium and Luxembourg as part of this business mission. The main purpose of their visit was to get familiar with industrial potential of region, to find reliable partners for implementation of joint investment projects. One of the enterprises visited by European businessmen was "StankoMashStroy" company. It is one of the largest Russian companies in production of metalworking equipment, an export manufacturing enterprise.

Guests were given a tour of company's production facilities. They have been introduced to technical and technological processes of machine tools production and components, told about sales markets, export development, and cooperation with foreign and Russian partners.

StankoMashStroy’s general director Oleg Kochetkov told delegates about achievements of his company and successful work experience, noting that today StankoMashStroy products occupy 20% of domestic market for production of metalworking machines.

Both sides discussed future of economic cooperation of joint investment projects during this business meeting.
