LEAN PRODUCTION WILL BE IMPLEMENTED BY INTERNAL CERTIFIED TRAINERS

The specialists of StankoMashStroy have successfully completed training at the Federal Competence Center (FCC) in Moscow under the programs “Fundamentals of Lean Manufacturing”, “Implementation of Improvement Projects” and “5C in Production”. The course was organized within the framework of the national project “Labor productivity and employment support”.

According to the FCC experts, the introduction of technological changes aimed at increasing labor productivity, requires additional knowledge, the development of necessary skills and a revision of old approaches to work.

As part of the program, the company's specialists learned about the fundamentals and principles of the production system, methods for solving problems and implementing projects to optimize technological processes. In practice, they were acquainted with the tools of lean manufacturing, learned how to build value stream maps and create info centers. Many tasks were exercised directly at the production site.

Now two certified internal trainers have appeared at StankoMashStroy - Irina Muravyova, director of corporate development, and Ramil Izmailov, mechanical engineer. Having received the necessary skills during training at the FCC, they will transfer this knowledge to colleagues, spreading the culture of lean production to all departments and workshops.
