Preparing for the production of milling machines
“We are a state fund and our task is to find worthy objects for state support. As a result, this subsidy should return with new jobs, taxes, sales of products, and most importantly, with import substitution, providing our industry with modern machine tools and equipment, ”noted Sergey Polyansky.
The main purpose of the visit is to assess the development prospects of StankoMashStroy, get acquainted with the production capabilities and product line, see how the import substitution program is implemented in the enterprise. The guests were told about all stages of production, about modern innovative technologies used in the enterprise, and, of course, about plans for the near future.
At StankoMashStroy, the development of design documentation and preparation for mass production of a new line of machines - milling centers of the VTM series is in full swing. The company is confident that the machines will have commercial success with both Russian and foreign customers.
Sergey Polyansky noted that the future of the machine-tool industry in Russia is behind such manufacturers as StankoMashStroy: “The experience of our Fund shows that only small and medium-sized enterprises can really replace the market failures that have been formed today, ensure import substitution, because large enterprises are practically not left. The fact that the machine-tool cluster appears is great, for us it is very attractive. Especially if we have our own developments here, we have the opportunity to support these developments from the Fund’s resources. ”
It is planned to start mass production of vertical milling centers of the VTM series at StankoMashStroy as early as 2020.
