The full cycle of parts manufacturing was demonstrated at the exhibition "Metalloobrabotka 2019"

The StankoMashStroy company once again became a participant of the largest in Russia and Eastern Europe international specialized exhibition “Equipment, devices and tools for the metalworking industry” - “Metalloobrabotka-2019”, which takes place in Moscow these days and is the 20th in succession.

About two thousand manufacturers and suppliers from more than 30 countries - Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Brazil, Denmark, Israel India, China, Japan, Russia and others presented their best achievements in the Expocentre Fairgrounds on the area of ​​more than 40 thousand square meters.

A lot was said about the role of machine tool industry in the development of the country's economy. Sergey Katyrin, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, under the patronage of which the exhibition takes place, noted that today the metalworking industry is working for the country's security, trying to get rid of import dependence. Georgy Samodurov, President of the Stankoinstrument Russian Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers, said that the machine tool industry is acquiring a new look, and specifically by means of state support: “Over the past 10 years, a lot of work has been done to create conditions for the development of the industry. Enterprises have survived a difficult period, but machine tool builders see the prospect. ”

As a proof of that is the number of Russian machine-tool enterprises. This year at the exhibition about 600 leading domestic manufacturers present a wide range of components and tools, high-tech metalworking equipment of a new generation. Among them is the company StankoMashStroy.

This year, for the first time, the company presented not the equipment of its own production- the universal lathe of the ST16k20 series, the CNC lathe of the ST16A25 series, the turning center of the ST25LM series, but also demonstrated the full cycle of turning equipment components manufacturing.

“Today we are trying to involve more and more domestic enterprises in the production of metalworking equipment,” said Oleg Kochetkov, General Director of StankoMashStroy. - It gives us the opportunity to increase the share of equipment localization every year, makes us import independent. Interregional cooperation proves that the time has come to create a Russian machine tool cluster, which will increase the production of turning equipment and increase the export of Russian machine tools abroad. ”

So that guests could not only ask questions related to the purchasing of machines, but also learn the technological capabilities and features of the equipment presented, technical specialists and CNC machine operators arrived at the exhibition together with the company's sales managers.
