The “StankoMashStroy” company has activated a production cell with the industrial robot for the purpose to increase of labor productivity and workout of new competences at the machining area.

The robotic cell on the basis of the machine of own production ST25LM was presented at the the company’s booth at exhibition “Metalloobrabotka 2018”. This complex has attracted genuine interest from visitors of one of the largest Russian exhibitions of world machine-tool building.

Use of the robot changes the content of the personnel work, reduces manual skills, improves working conditions and allows to redistribute human resources.

Earlier the company didn't use robotic cells in own production. The need of increase in labor productivity because of increase in products quantity and further plans for volumes growth of released machines has ripened.

The introduction of a modern robotic cell has been chosen for the solution of this task. It makes the accessories for lathes ST16K20 and ST16A25 series. The impressive results have been reached after the pilot and field testing. The main time of parts production has decreased more than by 30%. And totally productivity has increased more than by 45%.

The use of robotic technologies considerably increases the labor productivity. And today “StankoMashStroy” is ready to offer to the customers different projects on introduction of robotic cells on the basis of the equipment, and not only by own production.
