ST16K25 machines are a nominee of the award «Priority-2016»

A ceremony awarding the winners of the National Award for import substitution "Priority-2016" was held on November 10, 2016 in the Congress Center Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The award "PRIORITY" was established with the support of Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, RF CCI, RSPP, "Business Russia", FAS Russia, the Committee, as well as other relevant organizations and industry. To date it is the only prestigious award in Russia for companies that have achieved the greatest success in the development of their own production, development of new technologies, production of import-substituting goods and services.

"PRIORITY-2016" was attended by about 300 companies from 42 regions of the Russian Federation and CIS countries, to claim victory in 28 categories. These included the leading industries of the Russian economy: IT-sphere, medicine production, agriculture, light industry and the defense industry, machine tools production, metallurgy, chemical industry, production of consumer goods etc.

Applications of participants were considered by the independent Expert Council, which included representatives of government, business, and public figures.

As a result of the selection, StankoMashStroy, presenting the universal screw-cutting lathe ST16k25, is among the top 144 import substitution projects, becoming the "Priority-2016" award nominee.
