Localization of the full-enclosed covers production for ST25 series

"StankoMashStroy" company mastered the production of full-enclosed covers for lathe machining center ST25. This series is an analogue of the South Korean PL25 machines. The local production includes the following components and parts:
- Transformer;
- Coolant supply and air supply;
- Coolant tank;
- Gear belts;
- Chip conveyor;
- Full-enclosed covers;
- A set of big-sized body parts;
- A set of small-sized body parts.
The production of full-enclosed covers in Russia has increased the localization of ST25 turning machining centers up to 34%.

"StankoMashStroy" has purchased the double-pallet gantry-type machining center MPC-2050A and double column five-axis milling machine V4000, in order to achieve the highest quality of machining the frame and the body parts. This equipment intensifies the process of machining parts made of steel, cast iron and stainless steel alloys.
