Participation in the conference "Russian innovative machine-building"

StankoMashStroy participated in the scientific and technical conference "Russian innovative machine-building. Complex technology for technical re-equipment and modernization of defense industry enterprises ", which took place on October 25 at the exhibition" Technoforum-2016 ". StankoMashStroy made a presentation on the topic: "Mechanisms for implementation of import substitution plan on the example of StankoMashStroy factory". In his speech, the quality control director of the company spoke about the project of construction of a factory for production of metal-cutting equipment the realizable in 2014.

Many years of successful experience have enabled the company "StankoMashStroy" to thoroughly examine the market for metalworking equipment and consumer demands. Now the company is at a stage where it has an impressive portfolio of sales, a team of highly qualified engineers and designers, one of the best assembly facilities in the region.

To date, 55% of StankoMashStroy products by value and 42% by the number of units and parts are manufactured in the Russian Federation.

Development of production of Russian components in StankoMashStroy is carried out in two directions:

1. Modernization and increase of production facilities. The enterprise has acquired laser interferometer measurement system, Renishaw wireless systems QC20-W ballbar to diagnose the technical condition of machines, as well as 2 unique machines:

- V4000 – a five-axis gantry machining center with table 2x4 meters. This is a high precision, multi-purpose machine that has unique technological capabilities, one of which is machining of complex parts in one setup with minimal errors.

- Portal type machining center MPC-2000 - Portal 2-pallet milling machining center with tables dimensions of 2x4.

2. The development of intra-regional cooperation: those kinds of metal machining that are unprofitable to develop from scratch - electroplating, molding, bending, and others - are carried out by regional enterprises with an experience of many years.

The following matters were also discussed at the forum: necessity of state support for the industry, formation of industry support tools, development of the market by regulation of investment programs of corporations, the increase in quotas for the purchase of domestic production equipment.
