Exhibition «Technoforum 2016»

The company "StankoMashStroy" presented at its metal working equipment: 5-axis machining center V300, universal screw-cutting lathe ST16K20 / 750 at the 4th International Specialized Exhibition "Equipment and technology for machining of engineering materials" - "Technoforum 2016”. The exhibition "Technoforum 2016" provides a full range of modern technologies and equipment for machining of engineering materials, which are designed on the basis of innovative and additive technology and are intended for technical re-equipment of engineering and military enterprises. This year, the exhibition was represented by about 100 participants from Russia, Germany, Belarus, the USA, Taiwan, the Ukraine. The total area of the exhibition is 5000 square meters.

Exhibition stand of StankoMashStroy was visited by partners and clients.

ST 16K20 series universal screw-cutting lathes assembled by StankoMashStroy in Penza raised a great interest among visitors of the exhibition. Machines of this series, unlike foreign equivalents have cast frame weighing 1100 kg, which can significantly improve the rigidity characteristics of the machine and to and insure operation with more productive cutting conditions without loss of quality.

A highly productive 5-axis machining center V300 with a positioning accuracy of ± 0.009 mm caused special attention of visitors. The machine is equipped with Heidenhain iTNC-530CNC system. A globe type turntable has a diameter of 300 mm, allowing to machine a workpiece with the weight of up to 60 kg.

The company also presented cutting tools of leading manufacturers KORLOY, YG1.

A large number of negotiations was held at the exhibition. Public and private companies willingness to complete its production equipment from the company "StankoMashStroy".
