PREPARING A NEW LINE OF HIGH-TECH EQUIPMENT

"StankoMashStroy" company continues to manufacture high-tech equipment - vertical processing centers VTM9. For the production of this new line, milling and boring machines purchased under "Kommercializaciya" program of the Fund for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere (Fond Bortnika) were purchased and installed.

At the moment, there is three machines at the production site. On two of them, cabinet protection is assembled, designed to reduce the noise level and protect maintenance personnel from the dangerous effects of moving parts of the machine, chips, and coolant. The third machine is being prepared for the assembly of the frame. Two more machines are fully assembled. One of them is being tested in the conditions of its own production for processing cast iron blanks of complex shape, the other is ready for shipment to the customer.

The VTM9 vertical milling machining center was presented at the recently held «Metalloobrabotka-2021» exhibition in Moscow and impressed guests and participants of a major industrial forum. Machining centers of "StankoMashStroy" company have great rigidity, high accuracy and performance, reliability, high torque and a wide range of processing parameters.
