More than 20 changes improving machine quality was added to engineering documentation

On Stankomashstroy the output of produced equipment has increased for the first quarter 2018. Following the results of three last months at the enterprise 72 lathes including six CNC lathes were produced. In comparison with the same period of last year the indicator has increased more than twice – for the first quarter 2017 only 35 machines including only two with CNC have been made.

At the enterprise the day of quality is arranged at the end of every quarter. Employees of the assembly shop, design and technological services consider the requests connected with the equipment failures for this period. Analyze and bring improvements to the machine construction, making continuous modernization. Also there is an improvement of quality of maintainability due to reduction of import accessories use. For safety during the work on machines all necessary protective elements are added to the structure of a basic equipment and are installed on each lathe.

For the last year more than 20 constructive changes which have allowed to improve the quality of the metalworking equipment substantially have been made to the construction of lathes. Now only one case of warranty repair occurs for 25 machines produced by StankoMashStroy company. In plans to bring this indicator to zero.
