The use of Renishaw systems in StankoMashStroy production

Modern production set more and more stringent requirements for precision parts machining in accordance with Russian and international quality standards. Therefore the accuracy characteristics of cutting equipment is paid much attention as never before.

StankoMashStroy uses Renishaw measurement systems designed specifically for monitoring, testing and improvement of the metalcutting equipment accuracy characteristics. These systems are based on the latest achievements in the fields of electronics, mechanics, optics and allow to achieve high accuracy in machine’s calibration.

Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer applied in setting the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the linear displacement of the VTM vertical machining centers. For the measurement of machine’s geometric and dynamic characteristics, backlash is used Renishaw QC20-W ballbar system.
