FIRST ACCESSORIES FOR VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS

"StankoMashStroy" conducts manufacturing components for vertical milling machining centers of the VTM series in a full scale. The heat treatment and hardening of the first steel table for this type of equipment was conducted on a special unit with high frequency current (HFC). The process is carried out in accordance with high technical standards, which make it possible to elaborate a high quality table surface.

The production of a new line of high-tech machine tools for StankoMashStroy - vertical milling machining centers of the VTM series - is the next stage in the development of the enterprise. It was supported by the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology. Investments of the Bortnik Foundation were aimed at the purchase of new additional technological equipment that will be used for processing of large-sized body parts, and which will allow the company to reach its full design capacity for the production of vertical machining centers.
