The deputy minister for industry and trade, Georgiy Kalamanov, visited the "Stankomashstroy" company

September 21, 2016 Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Georgy Kalamanov, during a working visit in the Penza region, visited the company "StankoMashStroy". Deputy Minister was accompanied by Deputy Chairman of the Penza Region Government, Valery Bespalov, Chief of Staff of the Russian Engineering Union (Penza regional branch) Vladimir Ruchkov.
Georgy V. Kalamanov visited the workshop and had a look at lathes and milling machines production, which was launched by "StankoMashStroy" within the program of import substitution.

Oleg Kochetkov, General Director of "StankoMashStroy" told our guests about the production plans for 2017-2018: the universal lathes ST16K20 series, lathes ST16A20 series, CNC lathe machining centers ST25 series, vertical machining centers VTM series.

The sides discussed development prospects for us to grow into machine tools factory, plans to enter foreign markets, the upcoming participation of "StankoMashStroy" in international exhibition EMO 2017 in Hanover, as well as future plans of developing local production of components and parts in Russian Federation.
