Signing a supply contract for HEIDENHEIN CNC systems and measuring equipment

HEIDENHAIN products are used primarily in machines that require high accuracy and repeatability, safety, high dynamics, simple operation and maximum performance. 5-axis machining centers, manufactured by StankoMashStroy are equipped with HEIDENHAIN CNC systems.

HEIDENHAIN Range of products includes: sensors for measuring linear and angular displacement, rotary sensors, digital readouts, measuring probes, comparator system for acceptance and control of components, tools and metal-working machines, CNC system for positioning tasks requiring high precision.

Specialists of "StankoMashStroy" completed a training course by HEIDENHAIN, during which they learned the range of products for machine tools, features of HEIDENHAIN CNC systems for lathes and milling machines, Klartext interactive language, operating principles of measuring probes for binding the workpiece and the cutting tool, operating principles of linear and angular sensors and many others. Issues of improving the accuracy of machining and increasing the quality of the surfaces with the use of HEIDENHAIN products werediscussed. The practical part of the training was held on a 5-axis machining center.

The employees received basic technical information required for maintenance of HEIDENHAIN CNC systems and precision measuring systems.
